Request the United States Postmaster General to issue a commemorative postage stamp honoring Don Ho, a musician and entertainer from Hawaii who was born August 13, 1930, and died in 2007.

Recognize Don Ho's career entertaining audiences in Hawaii and mainland through live musical shows and television appearances on programs including "The Don Ho Show," "The Brady Bunch," "Batman," and "Charlie's Angels."

Acknowledge Don Ho's "The Don Ho Show" (now "The Ohana Ho Show") as a platform for young musicians and artists to perform and develop their talents, earning him the title of musical ambassador of Hawaii.

Request the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee to recommend to the United States Postmaster General that a Don Ho commemorative stamp be issued.

Require certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the President of the United States, Hawaii's congressional delegation, the United States Postmaster General, and the Governor.
