Urges the United States Congress and President to support passage of S. 1337, the Filipino Veterans Family Reunification Act of 2009, or similar legislation to expedite family reunification for Filipino World War II veterans.

Acknowledges that nearly 100,000 Filipino soldiers of the Philippine Commonwealth Army fought alongside United States and Allied forces during World War II, with thousands more serving in occupational duty after the war.

Highlights that the 1946 Rescission Act denied Filipino World War II veterans equal veterans benefits and rights to immigration and naturalization that were provided to veterans from other nations.

Notes that 1990 legislation granted immigration and naturalization waivers for Filipino veterans but did not extend benefits to their children, resulting in long family separations while awaiting immigrant visas.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the President, Congressional leadership, relevant federal agencies, and Hawaii's congressional delegation and state legislative committees.
