Establishes a rebuttable presumption that owners of range land owe no duty of care to trespassers for injuries, property damage, or death occurring on the land.

Requires range land to be fenced, enclosed, or secured to exclude intruders and display at least one "Private Property" sign with letters at least two inches in height along the boundary line.

Does not limit liability for range land owners whose actions are grossly negligent, willful, wanton, or intentional in causing harm to trespassers.

Applies duty of care rules under section 520-3 to range land owners who permit recreational use of their property.

Defines "range land" as any land exceeding five acres used primarily for livestock grazing, dairying, or keeping equine and bovine animals, including appurtenant structures and equipment; effective July 1, 2050.
