Amends Hawaii's public disclosure law (Section 92F-12) to limit employee salary information disclosure for certain government employees.

Changes disclosure requirement from full "name, compensation" to "salary range" for employees covered by specified bargaining units and civil service provisions (sections 89-6(f)(1)-(4) and 89-6(f)(8)-(10)).

Exempts employees of regulatory agencies and undercover law enforcement personnel from disclosure requirements regarding personal and compensation information.

Maintains public access to other employee information including job title, business address, business telephone number, job description, education, work experience, employment dates, and agency information.

Becomes effective upon approval.
