Requires automatic enrollment of former foster youth who reach age of majority in medical assistance programs administered by the department of human services.

Mandates automatic re-enrollment of former foster youth in medical assistance until they reach age twenty-six.

Requires the department to notify enrolled former foster youth of their enrollment and provide written instructions for accessing medical care.

Directs the department to develop a program to assist former foster youth aged twenty-six and older maintain continued medical care coverage.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
