Extends the sunset date for the condominium dispute resolution pilot project from June 30, 2011 to June 30, 2015 by amending Act 244, Session Laws of Hawaii 2007.

Extends the sunset date for Act 205, Session Laws of Hawaii 2008 from June 30, 2011 to June 30, 2015.

Preserves availability of mediation, arbitration, administrative resolution, and judicial appeal for disputes related to condominium matters under section 514A-121.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes.

Reinstates cases pending before the office of administrative hearings that may have been dismissed due to the repeal of part VII of chapter 514A, Hawaii Revised Statutes, subject to section 514A-121.5.

Takes effect on June 29, 2050.
