Amends Section 201B-3 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to add new powers to the Hawaii Tourism Authority, including supporting and promoting traditional Hawaiian arts and cultural activities such as music, dance, and arts and crafts.

Modifies the authority's marketing focus to balance promotion and integration of native Hawaiian cultural initiatives alongside tourism marketing efforts.

Adds "native Hawaiian" culture to the authority's responsibility for coordinating development of new tourism products alongside sports, health and wellness, education, technology, agriculture, and nature tourism.

Requires the Hawaii Tourism Authority to consider establishing or designating a place where residents and native Hawaiians can gather to participate in and promote traditional Hawaiian arts and cultural activities.

Directs the Hawaii Tourism Authority to submit findings and recommendations to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the regular session of 2012, with the act effective July 1, 2050.
