Modifies Hawaii's required motor vehicle insurance policy coverage requirements under section 431:10C-301.

Changes subsection (c) to clarify that stacking of uninsured motorist (UM) and underinsured motorist (UIM) coverage is prohibited when multiple vehicles are insured under the same policy.

Amends subsection (d) to shift responsibility from insurers to insureds for offering UM and UIM coverage options, including the option to stack coverage when there is more than one motor vehicle insured under the same policy.

Removes provisions requiring insurers to make initial offers of UM/UIM coverage when policies are first applied for, at renewal, or that written rejections serve as presumptive evidence of the insured's decision to reject options.

Becomes effective upon approval.
