Authorizes the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation to lease Kula Hospital's medical clinic to Malama I Ke Ola Health Center (Community Clinic of Maui, Inc.) for a 10-year term with options to renew for up to two additional 5-year terms.

Permits the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation to also lease equipment, furnishings, and fixtures within the clinic, with an agreed-upon equipment list to be executed by both parties.

Lease arrangement is subject to Chapter 103D (Hawaii Public Procurement Code) and other applicable state laws and administrative rules.

Aims to provide comprehensive health services to homeless, poor, and underserved individuals on Maui, including prenatal care, family planning, dental services, urgent care, substance abuse treatment, and social services.

Effective July 1, 2050.
