Authorizes the Speaker of the House and President of the Senate to establish a joint legislative task force to study and revise the medicaid buy-in program for working persons with disabilities from S.B. No. 126, S.D. 2 (2011)

Task force shall be co-chaired by the chairpersons of the committees with jurisdiction over human services from both chambers and include representatives from the departments of human services and health, health care plans, medical providers, and hospitals

Task force must thoroughly study, assess, and revise the medicaid buy-in program to ensure fiscal sustainability and appropriate service delivery prior to statutory establishment of the program

Task force shall submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2012 regular session convenes

Task force members serve without compensation or expense reimbursement, and the task force dissolves on June 30, 2012
