Adds athletic contest officials to the list of excluded service under Hawaii's employment security law, making them exempt from unemployment insurance coverage requirements.

Applies to individuals serving as umpires, referees, judges, linespeople, timers, score keepers, or similar officials at publicly-exhibited athletic contests.

Requires that officials receive remuneration solely by way of a game fee to qualify for the exclusion.

Takes effect upon approval.
