Extends attorney's liens to attach to arbitration proceedings and awards rendered by arbitrators, in addition to court actions and judgments.

Removes the previous deadline requirements for filing a notice of claim of attorney's lien (previously required before dismissal or within one year after final judgment).

Simplifies the filing requirement by requiring notice of the attorney's lien be filed with "the court or arbitrator, as the case may be."

Expands the definition of what attorney's liens can attach to, including decrees, orders, settlements, and awards in both court and arbitration proceedings.

Allows any party (not just judgment debtors) to pay the full amount of a judgment, decree, order, settlement, or award into court to satisfy the obligation and release from further claims.
