Requires condominium projects and associations with more than five units to submit data on the number of leasehold units with their biennial registration applications to the real estate commission.

Adds a new reporting requirement (paragraph 3) to both HRS §514A-95.1 and §514B-103 regarding leasehold unit data submission during the registration process.

Makes clarifying edits to existing registration provisions, including changes to language regarding fidelity bond requirements, application submissions, and compliance reporting.

Effective date is July 1, 2050.
