Grants the Hawaii Medical Board sole regulatory jurisdiction over acupuncture practice by physicians, osteopathic physicians, and physician's assistants licensed under Chapter 453.

Repeals Section 436E-3.5, which previously required physicians and osteopaths desiring to practice acupuncture to be subject to licensing under Chapter 436E.

Transfers acupuncture regulatory authority from the Board of Acupuncture (Chapter 436E) to the Hawaii Medical Board for these three categories of medical professionals.

Becomes effective July 1, 2011.
