• Grants county fire chiefs authority to immediately revoke or suspend display fireworks permits for adverse weather conditions, red flag warnings, or other conditions making the display potentially hazardous.

• Exempts movie and television productions from the 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. time restriction for setting off display fireworks and aerial devices.

• Requires importers to provide written documentation of proposed display events and inventory breakdowns to county fire chiefs prior to booking shipments of display fireworks, articles pyrotechnic, or aerial devices.
