Repeals annual reporting requirement for University of Hawaii revenue bonds issued under applicable subpart (HRS §304A-2689).

Repeals annual reporting requirement for University of Hawaii nursing scholarship grant program details and participant data (HRS §304A-3305).

Changes Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education reporting from annual to biennial submission in odd-numbered years only.

Repeals Section 2 of Act 188 (2008) requiring annual University of Hawaii incentive and performance reports with baseline workforce data and strategic plan metrics.

Removes requirement that board of regents include trust fund statements in annual reports to governor and legislature (HRS §304A-106).

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
