Eliminates the requirement for advanced practice registered nurses to pay separate fees for prescriptive authority certificates, allowing them to pay only the registered nurse license fees and center for nursing fee.

Modifies section 457-8.5 to specify that advanced practice registered nurses pay fees authorized for registered nurses under section 457-7 plus the center for nursing fee, rather than multiple separate fees.

Adds new subsection to section 457-8.6 prohibiting advanced practice registered nurses from being required to pay any fee related to the grant of prescriptive authority.

Clarifies in section 457-9 that renewal fees are required "if applicable" and mandates applicants complete a survey developed by the Hawaii state center for nursing as part of the renewal process.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
