Requires the secretary or other specified officer to provide written notice at least 14 days in advance of any planned community association or board meeting to each member.

Permits notice delivery through hand delivery, United States mail to the unit address or member-designated address, electronic mail to a member-designated address, or posting on the association's website accessible to all members.

Meeting notice must include the date, time, and place of the meeting, and items on the agenda including the general nature and rationale for proposed amendments to the declaration or bylaws and any proposal to remove a board member.

Does not prevent association members from proposing amendments to the declaration or bylaws or proposing to remove a board member at association meetings even if not previously listed on the agenda.

Effective July 1, 2011.
