Amends Section 514B-123, Hawaii Revised Statutes, regarding proxy requirements for condominium association meetings.

Reduces proxy voting options by eliminating options to give proxies to "the board as a whole" or to "directors present at the meeting."

Retains proxy options limited to: quorum purposes only, or to an individually named person whose name appears on the proxy form.

Requires proxy forms to include a checkbox allowing owners to request a copy of the annual audit report required by Section 514B-150.

Takes effect upon approval.
