Increases the maximum lease term for agricultural processing, aquaculture, and airline/airport-related operations from 35 years to 55 years, while maintaining the 70-year maximum for maritime and maritime-related operations.

Takes effect upon approval and addresses hardships faced by farmers and agricultural businesses that rely on farm loan programs with terms exceeding 35 years.
