Requires the Department of Health to post electronic copies of inspection reports on its website for adult day health centers, developmental disabilities domiciliary homes, developmentally disabled adult foster homes, long-term care facilities, and special treatment facilities beginning January 1, 2013

Requires the Department of Human Services to post electronic copies of inspection reports on its website for adult day care centers and community care foster family homes beginning January 1, 2013

Each inspection report must include the inspection date, description of violations, plans of correction with status updates, and other quality and conditions information deemed appropriate by the respective department

Reports must be posted on departmental websites within a specified number of days of inspection conclusion (exact number of days left blank in bill text)

Effective date is July 1, 2011, though public posting requirements do not begin until January 1, 2013
