Request the Hawaii Supreme Court Standing Committee on the Rules of Evidence to study and report on the implementation of the Hawaii Uniform Collaborative Law Act.

The Uniform Collaborative Law Act provides a framework for disputants to voluntarily enter into collaborative law participation agreements to resolve disputes without tribunal intervention.

Committee is requested to submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature by November 1, 2011.

Certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Chief Justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court and the Chairperson of the Hawaii Supreme Court Standing Committee on the Rules of Evidence.
