Authorizes the Hawaii Community Development Authority to sell state-controlled land identified as Tax Map Key (1) 2-1-51-14 located in the Kakaako community development district pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes section 171-64.7.

The Magoon Estate has expressed interest in purchasing the subject property, which was appraised by John Child & Company, Inc. on March 15, 2011.

Proceeds from the sale are intended to enable the Hawaii Community Development Authority to subsequently purchase parcels identified as Tax Map Keys (1) 2-1-51-10, (1) 2-1-51-11, and (1) 2-1-51-12 for developing affordable housing projects or supporting a housing first program.

Requires certified copies of the concurrent resolution to be transmitted to the Executive Director of the Hawaii Community Development Authority, the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources, and the Administrator of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
