Request the Department of Health Work Group to review Aloha United Way's Early Childhood Developmental Screening pilot projects and the University of Hawaii at Manoa Center on Disability Studies' evaluation of those projects.

Expand the Department of Health Work Group to include representatives from the University of Hawaii at Manoa Center on Disability Studies and Aloha United Way.

Direct the Department of Health to report findings and recommendations for developing an integrated, universal early childhood developmental screening system in Hawaii based on the Work Group's review.

Require the Department of Health to submit its report to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2012 Regular Session.

Transmit certified copies of the resolution to the Director of Health, Chairperson of the Center on Disability Studies at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and Aloha United Way.
