Encourages the Department of Human Services to consider partnering with CGI to implement "My Safe Drawer," a secure web-based application for foster youth transitioning out of care.

My Safe Drawer allows foster youth to securely store and access health records, education information, personal contacts, and vital documents including birth certificates, social security cards, and resumes.

Addresses the challenge that former foster youth frequently leave care with only paper copies of documents and may lose them during unstable housing situations, creating obstacles for employment, college applications, and medical care.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Director of Human Services, the Executive Director of Mental Health America of Hawai'i, and members of the Hawaii Transition Age Youth Task Force.
