Requests the Board of Land and Natural Resources to impose conservation easements on all land acquired under the Legacy Land Conservation Program as defined in section 198-1, Hawaii Revised Statutes.

Applies to land acquired pursuant to section 173A-4, Hawaii Revised Statutes, including land acquired prior to adoption of this measure where the State retains title.

Conservation easements are intended to preserve natural, scenic, forested, open-space conditions, cultural landscapes, historical properties, traditional family cemeteries, and agricultural uses for long-term protection.

Requires certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources and Chairperson of the Legacy Land Conservation Commission.
