Requests the Governor to issue an executive order setting aside 110 acres of land at Kalaeloa, Oahu (tax map key number (1) 9-1-031:001) from the Department of Land and Natural Resources to the Department of Agriculture for development as an aquaculture park.

Identifies the property as suitable for aquaculture due to its flat terrain, oceanfront location, and access to consistent saltwater supply.

Emphasizes aquaculture's contributions to Hawaii's food security, job creation, and economic growth through both commercial production and research sectors.

Notes existing State commitment to aquaculture industry through Act 176 (Session Laws of Hawaii 1999) authorizing marine water leases and the Department of Agriculture's Aquaculture Development Program supporting new and ongoing aquaculture businesses.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Governor, the Chairperson of the Board of Agriculture, and the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources.
