Authorizes the Board of Land and Natural Resources to issue a 55-year non-exclusive easement over state submerged lands in Lahaina, Maui (tax map key (2) 4-6-3, seaward of parcel 5).

Easement covers approximately 130 square feet of submerged public land where an existing seawall encroaches, allowing Christine K. Ho (as trustee) to maintain, repair, replace, and remove the seawall.

Easement is required for Ho to obtain a county building permit to remodel the Ho residence and renovate the seawall, which needs repairs.

Consideration consists of a one-time payment amount to be determined by independent or staff appraisal for fair market rent, subject to Board of Land and Natural Resources Chairperson approval.

Certified copy of the resolution shall be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources.
