Designates February 6, 2011 as President Ronald Reagan Day in Hawaii to honor the centennial anniversary of his birth.

Recognizes Reagan's service as the 40th President of the United States, his two-term presidency, and his electoral victory in 49 of 50 states.

Acknowledges Reagan's economic policies during his tenure, including efforts to reduce inflation and unemployment, and his commitment to social policy addressing crime and drug use.

Credits Reagan's military investments and anti-communist foreign policy with contributing to the end of the Cold War and the demise of the Soviet Union.

Urges all Hawaii citizens to reflect on and honor Reagan's legacy and transmit copies of the resolution to the Governor, county mayors, and Hawaii's congressional delegation.
