University of Hawaii Sea Grant College Program requested to review and analyze potential effects of climate change on Hawaii's coastal and marine resources

Review must address scientific facts about climate change in Hawaii, environmental and economic impacts across short/medium/long-term periods, and policy framework guidelines for state adaptation

University must submit report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2013 Regular Session

Certified copies to be transmitted to University of Hawaii Board of Regents Chairperson, University President, Sea Grant College Program Director, and Center for Island Climate Adaptation and Policy Director
