Requests the State Auditor to assess the social and financial impacts of requiring health insurers to provide coverage for naturopathic medicine, as specified in Senate Bill No. 122, S.D. 2 (2011).

Mandates that the Auditor's report include information identifying the specific health services to be covered, extent of coverage, target groups, utilization limits, and standards of care, pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes sections 23-51 and 23-52.

Requires the Auditor to submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2012.

Notes that naturopathic medicine is already a mandatory reimbursable expense under Hawaii's workers' compensation insurance and personal injury benefits under automobile insurance policies.

Directs the Insurance Commissioner to transmit copies of the resolution to each health insurance provider in the State.
