Requests the Department of the Attorney General to review federal and state laws and local agency rules relating to confidentiality, privacy, and privilege as they impact interagency information sharing for juveniles.

Directs the Attorney General to examine the development of an interagency information sharing system designed to reduce service redundancy among agencies serving at-risk and delinquent youth.

Requires the Attorney General to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the Regular Session of 2012.

Recognizes that fragmented systems and poor coordination among multiple agencies serving juveniles has led to confusion and miscommunication among families, youth, and service providers.

Directs transmission of the resolution to the Attorney General, Director of Human Services, Director of Health, Superintendent of Education, and county prosecuting attorneys and police chiefs.
