Strongly urges the Pest Control Board to develop and adopt standards for pest control operators and termite inspection reports prior to the 2013 regular legislative session.

Requires the Pest Control Board to consider input from pest control industry representatives and members of the public when developing termite inspection report standards.

Directs the Pest Control Board to submit a progress report on pest control operator and termite inspection standards no later than 20 days before the 2012 regular legislative session.

Addresses the lack of industry standards for termite inspections by clarifying procedures to help licensees comply with existing pest control law requirements.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be sent to the Pest Control Board Chairperson, the Regulated Industries Complaints Office, and the Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.
