Urges the Governor to allocate funds and work with reputable companies to provide transitional housing on Oahu's north shore, including in Wahiawa.

Recognizes that homeless individuals and families on the north shore face numerous obstacles requiring tailored remedies and a continuum of housing and services.

Identifies a lack of adequate transitional housing supply where homeless people can stay while receiving support during the transition to permanent housing.

Notes that homeless support services such as life skills and financial literacy classes are in low supply throughout the north shore of Oahu.

Requires transmittal of a certified copy of the resolution to the Governor.
