Authorizes the Senate President to expend funds appropriated for legislative and other expenses of the Twenty-sixth Legislature's 2011 regular session.

Empowers the President to contract, hire, or employ personnel and assistance to complete Senate work after the session ends, with authority to determine employment duration for each hire.

Grants the President authority to approve the Journal of the Senate for any legislative day compiled as of the 60th legislative day.

Authorizes the President to perform duties necessary to complete legislative work subsequent to adjournment, including conducting official legislative business in the interim between 2011 and 2012 sessions through January 18, 2012.

Authorizes the Vice President to carry out responsibilities enumerated under Rule 4 of the 2011-2012 Rules of the Senate.
