Urges the City and County of Honolulu to expend $500,000 already allocated in its 2010-2011 Executive Operating Budget to study and map Important Agricultural Lands on Oahu.

Requires the county to cooperate with landowners, the Department of Agriculture, agricultural interest groups, the USDA, and the Office of Planning to develop maps of potential Important Agricultural Lands.

Mandates the county to hold public meetings to receive input on identification and mapping of lands recommended for Important Agricultural Lands designation.

Implements requirements established by Act 183 (2005), which amended Hawaii Revised Statutes to protect agricultural lands and increase agricultural self-sufficiency as mandated by the Hawaii Constitution.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Director of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism; Chairperson of the Land Use Commission; Mayor of Honolulu; and Director of Planning and Permitting.
