Legislature draws comparison between the hearing and the internment of Japanese American citizens during World War II, characterizing both as examples of prejudice and failed political leadership.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be sent to the Speaker, Minority Leader, and Chairperson of the House Committee on Homeland Security.
