Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 445-112 to limit campaign signs urging voters to support or oppose candidates or issues to one sign per street frontage per candidate or issue.

Allows property owners with more than a specified amount of street frontage to place one campaign sign per one thousand lineal feet (exact footage amount left blank in bill text).

Applies these limitations only to campaign signs; does not affect other permitted outdoor advertising devices under state law.

Takes effect upon approval.
