Office of Elections must print a non-binding referendum question on the 2012 general election ballot asking: "Shall gambling be permitted within the State in accordance with law?"

Results of the referendum shall be tabulated and reported by the Office of Elections following the same procedures used for constitutional amendments.

The referendum is non-binding, meaning results do not mandate legislative action on gambling policy.

Act takes effect upon approval.
