Establishes the Hawaii Super Bowl task force within the department of business, economic development, and tourism to evaluate the feasibility and develop a marketing plan for hosting the NFL's Super Bowl.

Task force membership includes three board members of the Hawaii tourism authority, three hotel and tourism industry representatives appointed by the House speaker, three appointed by the Senate president, two House members, and two Senate members.

Task force must hold at least three meetings during ordinary business hours with no expense reimbursement for members, and shall select a chairperson from among its members.

Task force shall submit a final report with findings and recommendations to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2012 regular legislative session.

Task force automatically ceases to exist on June 30, 2012; bill takes effect July 1, 2011.
