Clarifies that salary reductions for legislators, justices, judges, and certain Executive Branch positions established by Act 85 (2009) and amended by Act 57 (2011) are effective through June 30, 2013.

Removes provisions relating to restoration of salaries to what they would have been on July 1, 2009, absent the salary reductions.

Deletes provisions about the salary commission convening in 2012 as unnecessary, given existing provisions already define the Commission's mandate.

Resolves potential conflict between Act 57's salary reduction period (through December 31, 2013) and recommendations by the Commission on Salaries convening in 2012 by establishing a clear end date of June 30, 2013.
