Exempts veterinarians from the electronic prescription accountability system requirements established in Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 329-101.

The exemption applies retroactively to June 18, 1996, the original effective date of the controlled substance electronic prescription system.

Takes effect upon approval, with the veterinarian exemption retroactively applied to the system's original establishment date.
