Amends Act 229, Session Laws of Hawaii 2011, by modifying subsection (b) of section 1 regarding the interagency task force on vog

Changes the language requiring meeting notices to be posted from passive voice ("Meeting notices shall be posted by the task force") to active voice ("The task force shall post meeting notices")

Confirms that meeting notices must comply with chapter 92, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and that public testimony shall be accepted at task force meetings

Maintains the dissolution date of the task force as June 30, 2013

Takes effect upon approval
