Requires dental hygienists to prominently display their license certificate at all times in their office of employment or practice.

Requires dental hygienists to also display their annual registration certificate in the office of employment or practice.

Supported by the Board of Dental Examiners, Hawaii Dental Hygienists' Association, American Dental Hygienists' Association-Hawaii, and concerned individuals.

Committee recommended that future discussions consider allowing copies instead of originals to be displayed and requiring licensure, renewal, and expiration dates appear on all certificates.

Referred to the Committee on Consumer Protection & Commerce for further consideration.
