Direct the board of land and natural resources to negotiate acquisition of lands along the Ka 'Iwi coast on Oahu that are in imminent danger of being developed.

Acquired lands shall be held as resource value lands (legacy lands) under chapter 173A of Hawaii Revised Statutes.

Appropriate funds from general revenues to the land conservation fund for fiscal years 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 (specific amounts not filled in).

Appropriate funds from the land conservation fund to the board of land and natural resources for the Ka 'Iwi coast land acquisitions for fiscal years 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 (specific amounts not filled in).

Effective date is July 1, 2011.
