Requires establishments to post a poster no smaller than 8.5 by 11 inches in a conspicuous place near the entrance stating information about human trafficking and the National Human Trafficking Resource Center Hotline (1-888-373-7888).

Defines "establishment" to include entities holding liquor licenses, airports, hospitals, health maintenance organizations, clinics, urgent care centers, massage parlors, farms, and job recruitment centers.

Requires posters to be printed in English, Spanish, and any other languages mandated by the Voting Rights Act of 1965 in the county where posted.

Directs the department to make an electronic version of the poster available on its public website for establishments to print.

Establishes a civil penalty of up to $100 for willful violation of the posting requirement, with each day of continued violation constituting a separate offense; effective July 1, 2050.
