Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to hold a public meeting before issuing any request for proposals for state park management contracts or park programs and activities.

Public meeting must be held at the earliest practicable point in development of the request for proposals, no later than 30 days prior to issuance.

Department must publish notice of the public meeting at least 10 days in advance in newspapers of general circulation in each affected county.

Notice must include the affected state park(s), services to be covered, anticipated changes to programs or activities, meeting purpose, and meeting time, date, and location for testimony.

Act takes effect upon approval.
