Adds new section §421J to Hawaii Revised Statutes addressing errors discovered in proxies used in planned community association votes.

Requires the association board to either institute an adequate remedy or hold a revote within 45 days of discovering a proxy error; failure to do so invalidates the vote results.

Establishes a 120-day statute of limitations: if a proxy error is discovered more than 120 days after the vote date, the original vote results remain valid.

Takes effect upon approval and does not affect rights, duties, or proceedings that existed before the effective date.
