Amends Hawaii condominium law (chapters 514A and 514B) to establish procedures for remedying proxy errors discovered after association votes.

Requires the board to remedy discovered proxy errors or hold a revote within 45 days of discovery, or the vote results become invalid.

Establishes a 120-day statute of limitation: if a proxy error is discovered more than 120 days after the vote, the original results stand and cannot be challenged.

Applies to both apartment owners associations (514A-83.2) and condominium associations (514B-123) with identical error correction provisions.

Takes effect upon approval with no retroactive application to rights, duties, or proceedings that existed before the effective date.
