Requires the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands to contract an agricultural technician on a long-term contract of at least [unspecified] years to support native Hawaiians in farming and stock raising.

Agricultural technician shall instruct and advise Hawaiian home land lessees on diversified farming and stock raising methods aligned with the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act of 1920.

Technician shall prepare and distribute educational materials on standard farming and stock raising procedures for Hawaiian home land lessees.

Technician shall collect samples from crops, soil, and animals for testing and prepare research findings and results where testing is conducted.

Act takes effect on July 1, 2011.
